Ricardo Dias had a non-traditional rise in the advertising & marketing world. From his humble beginnings selling suds in Brazil 20 years ago - where he went store to store trying to get brand placement for the global beer behemoth known today as Anheuser-Busch InBev - he learned the business from the ground up. He took the role of Vice-President of Marketing at Ambev in January of 2019, after working across a number of roles around the world in England, Canada, China, the USA and Mexico.
Ricardo has been named a “Media Maven” by Advertising Age, a “Branding Power Player” by Billboard, and as one of “The Internationalists of the Year” by taking marketing risks that produce results in multiple markets.
In 2015, Ricardo was named to the American Advertising Federation (AAF) “Hall of Achievement”, the industry's premier award for outstanding advertising leaders
